Here is a very interesting article written by Alec Edgington, Cameron Foreman and Duncan Jones of Cambridge Quantum Computing (CQC).
In this paper, the team explains how at CQC they adopted a revolutionary approach to generating provably-perfect entropy, which they use to create quantum-proof cryptographic keys (both classical and post-quantum).
They share the results of running this entropy generation on an IonQ quantum computer, with help from TKET and the Amazon Braket service. Finally, they provide a tutorial to help you run your own experiments.
